I choose this slide show because it is the best between my industrialization assignments. In this slide show it talks about the mill girls work day, and how they worked, and how they stood up for women rights in the industrialization period.

This website helped me a lot with my assignment, and what I learned is that the mill girls stood up for the women rights because women in 19th century America had few rights. They were not allowed to vote, and few owned property. Their education often ended before their early teens so that they could help at home, especially in rural households where there was a lot of work to do.
